to business orders.

Orders

Orders placed by 11:00 am Eastern time will typically ship the same day via our preferred shipper: FedEx. At your request, we will ship via UPS or other forwarder with whom you have an account. If placed after 11:00 am Eastern time, it will typically ship the next business day. COD — $12.50 additional per order. Prices subject to change by FedEx. Large quantities could require additional time.

Next Day Air and Saturday Delivery (where available) also offered at an additional charge. Bulk and Export orders shipped by customer’s choice of common carrier. A packing fee of $50 per pallet is applied. Export orders shipped within 36 hours from receipt of payment or resolution of terms. Additional surcharges apply if sent to a residential address.

Packaging

Orders of a small quantity will typically ship in a tri-tube box. Our custom tri-tube box has been proved to out perform other types of packaging and is lighter as well. Larger prints and larger quantity orders are typically packed in a long box. Prints are always rolled unless orders require palletizing and then prints are shipped flat. If you require prints to ship flat, please let us know and there may be an additional charge.
