For nearly two decades, Greg Gorman has continued to master the art of photography with a particular strength in photographing motion picture and music personalities. Some of the more famous celebrities that he has photographed include Kim Basinger, Kevin Costner, Sylvester Stallone, Al Pacino, David Bowie, Fleetwood Mac, Raquel Welch, Mickey Rourke, Arnold Schwarzenneger and Elton John.
He has developed and showcased a discriminating, unique style and received national acclaim for his publicity and movie posters for "Dances with Wolves," "Terminator 2," "Total Recall," "Field of Dreams," "Moonstruck," "The Big Chill" and "Last of the Mohicans." In addition, he has directed the music video "Love on Top of Love" for Grace Jones.
In recent years, Gorman has expanded his talents to include the advertising field and has worked for companies such as Reebok, Maybelline, Kawasaki and Fortune Magazine.
Gorman's photography is consistently seen in worldwide publications such as GQ, L'Uomo Vogue, Vogue Homme, Manner Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Max, Amica, Life, Per Lui, Lei, Vogue Italia, Esquire, Interview, Italian Vanity Fair, The New York Times, The London Times, Photo, Tatler, British GQ, Time, Detour, Lears and Rolling Stone.
