About the Artist

Mark Gleberzon was born in Toronto, Canada, on August 17, 1969, the last day of Woodstock. He is a creative artist, working with acrylic paints on canvas. He graduated from the Ontario College of Art (and Design) in 1992 with a degree in Graphic Design & Illustration, specializing in Package Design. Later exploring decorative art and other freelance work, Mark finally discovered his love for painting. Mark has exhibited and sold his work for over 10 years. His work is in private collections throughout Canada, the United States, Australia, Italy, Japan, United Kingdom, France, Germany and elsewhere. He continues to explore different themes in his paintings and always looks forward to the many possibilities this medium has to offer. Mark's work is colorful, bold and textural. He enjoys employing both brush and palette knife in his creations as well as using various mediums for greater depth.
