Last week we toured the showrooms at AmericasMart Atlanta where we saw a range of home décor trends, one of the stand-outs being Watercolor. Tying in with other trending themes of natural elements and contemporary wildlife, watercolor adds a soft, organic look to these subjects in a range of colors culled from nature. Along with nature subjects, we have seen watercolor trending in abstract, figurative, and landscape imagery. In addition to wall décor, watercolor has been popping up on wallpaper, textiles like napkins, pillows, and upholstery, rugs, and fashion as seen in recent home décor and fashion magazines. Some of our top artists work primarily in watercolors including Jessica Durrant, Sillier than Sally, Lucile Prache, Louise van Terheijden, and Kiana Mosley. We have assembled a collection of top selling watercolor prints showcasing the diversity of our range.
